ResCom Tech Digital Navigator Services model is a solution to address both digital access, learning, and upskilling. Our comprehensive approach addresses multiple layers of becoming digitally included. ResCom's goal is to ensure residents receive on-demand tech support and relevant information to secure connectivity and devices. Access to foundational digital skills, learning, and job training is just a few of the solutions we provide. This is accomplished through the following ways: one-to-one, small groups, dedicated support via phone service, email, text, video chat, in-person (if possible), and other communication methods that work for the learner-worker.

Digital Online Learning

The ResCom Tech app is designed to be simple to use. The app will provide online training which will build confidence for the client, as they can follow at their own pace.


The ResCom Tech app is designed to lead the client through a series of skill-building training modules. As the client completes each module, a virtual medal is earned. After all the modules are completed, the client earns a virtual trophy. The client will then have the option of printing or emailing a resume that is generated from the App based on the new skills obtained.

Classroom Training

Our Digital Navigators will provide residents with the skills required to obtain an entry-level position in the Tech and AV Fields.

Our advanced training center is designed to teach hands-on skills to clients in a comfortable and safe learning environment. ResCom Tech Digital Navigators will work with a client to obtain hands-on training to assist with attaining employment. The training center is also used to provide high-speed internet to clients in need of internet to accomplish daily tasks.

Product Distribution and Support

ResCom Tech leverages its partnerships with network product providers and passes the savings directly to our clients Our Digital Navigators are trained and well versed in the operation and installation of the products we represent.

Mobility

ResCom Techs' fleet allows service to remote areas for clients that cannot make it to our facility.

Each ResCom Vehicle is equipped as a mobile hotspot, allowing the distribution of high-speed internet. Our Digital Navigators will conduct site visits, provide products, and perform training at remote locations.

Data Analytics
